Boys Soccer to Play in State Semifinal at US Bank Stadium

A little rain and a late start couldn't cool off Fire Boys Soccer. They punched their ticket with a decisive 2-1 win over Cristo Rey Jesuit to move forward to play at U.S. Bank Stadium in the MSHSL Class A Boys Soccer State Semifinal.  All tickets for the tournament must be purchased online in advance using this link.

Football Heads to the Section Final

Fire Football battled to stay in the tournament with a 35-28 win over St. Croix Lutheran on Saturday. They play in the section final at #1-seed Minneapolis North at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, November 3. The game is at North Community Field. The field is two blocks from the school. The address is 1801 North Girard Ave., Minneapolis.

Emma Augystyn Qualifies for State Cross Country Meet 

Congrats to Emma Augustyn on her 8th place finish in the Section 6AA Cross-Country Championship and becoming the first Holy Family XC athlete to qualify for the State Meet since Ava Mettler and Jaden Lorenz in 2020! With no state meet in 2020, Emma will be the first Fire CC athlete to run State since Ellie Marschall in 2018! She will race in the MSHSL Class AA Meet, which runs at 2:45 p.m. on Saturday, November 4, at the University of Minnesota Les Bolstad Golf Course.

Casey Cronin Moves on to the State Class A Girls Tennis Quarterfinal

Casey Cronin moved on to the MSHSL State Class A Girls Tennis Individual Quarterfinals on Friday, October 27, at Reed Sweatt Tennis Center, after a gritty comeback win in the quarterfinals. Cronin finished as seeded, winning fourth place.
